ADHD is hardly ever fun to live with, and those of us who have it tend to feel like its a burden and that we are too much for what society has determined. We're considered the "problem" and needed to be "fixed." We're seen as the outcast and labeled weird, trouble, and chaotic. And we're treated like we can just turn off our neurodivergent brains when we can't, told to pretend that we're someone we're not, to pretend to be "normal."
Well guess what... normal is overrated.
Meet Addie.
She is my ADHD side in my Mind Palace stories, but she's also now becoming something much more powerful than just a little Side in a story. She's become something that I didn't think could be possible, and now... she's ready to be center stage.
This section of my website is to promote her most recent songs. They'll start off on YouTube, and I'll make sure the link to them goes here.
I hope Addie can help those of you who have ADHD feel less alone, for she's already helped me.
